Every Friday- Frilly Friday: Girls may wear dresses. (No jeans)
Here's what's happening this week:
Friday February 24th- Students may wear jeans for $1. The money will go to support the Relay for Life.
Monday February 27- March 2, 2012- Frazier's Scholastic Big Kahuna Book Fair. It will be open from 8:00- 3:30 Monday-Wednesday. It will be open 8:00-6:00 on Thursday March , 2012.
We would like to thank you for helping us sell candy in order to raise money for our school. We do still have candy that we need to sell and we would appreciate your continued help with this matter.
Reminders:
There will be no check outs after 2:00. You must have picture identification when checking a child out.
Please check student binders every day!

Welcome To The 2011-2012 School Year,
As we enter into this new year, our goal yet remains the same, high academic achievement. During the school year, your child will be taught new skills and will face new challenges. It will be our endeavor to instill in your child academic excellence. Data assessment will also play an intricate part of the learning here at Frazier Primary.
The students will participate in Accelerated Reader, Accelerated Math and Classworks, all computer software programs that are designed to meet the individual needs of your child. These programs will provide practice in the areas of reading, language arts, and math and will assist your child in progressing to the next academic level.
The school year will be moving swiftly. Your child will be exposed to higher order thinking skills and challenged academically. First graders are being prepared to enter second grade as fluent readers. Second graders are being prepared to read fluently and enter third grade prepared for the MCT.
We are facing the challenge that is set before us, to prepare your child to be a lifelong learner in a global society. Our staff is looking forward to a great year of learning. We encourage parents to partner with us as we all seek to provide the best possible education for the children placed in our care. Remember, teamwork makes the dream work, and parents, students, and school staff are all important members of our Frazier team!
